Martin Case Construction has completed the Westrec Haulover Marine Center, which is just north of Bal Harbour in Haulover Park. The Marina is located on the intercoastal waterway near the Bakers-Haulover Inlet adjacent to Haulover Beach.

Haulover Marine Center is the largest dry rack boat storage facility in Miami, with a 508 boat capacity. The boat storage building is over two football fields long and over 82 feet high, it was built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane and it stores boats up to 60 feet long. It includes a retail center and bait shop, a fueling station, a fish cleaning station and is showcased by a 72 foot tall lighthouse.
