Quick Notes:
The Martin-Brower project involved installing a 10’x20′ concrete generator pad with a 572′ long driveway, creating direct access to the generator from NW 12th Avenue. Improvements included re-sodding of the entire grounds, tree removal and relocation and the addition of approximately 460 new landscape shrubs and trees along with the installation of a new 100% coverage irrigation system. New site lighting was installed and re-paving and striping of the parking lot was completed.
